The LEDs are particularly powerful thanks to the new thin-film chip technology from ams OSRAM. The wide beam angle of 120 ° (Lambertian emitter) ensures high luminous efficacy. They are also particularly robust and meet the corrosion resistance requirements of class 3B. Their ESD is a low 2 kV, in accordance with ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 (HBM, class 2). The combination of these factors makes the component particularly suitable for lighting applications in the automotive sector. The Power TOPLED.01 made of cast resin (Lx E67F.01) is currently available; a silicone-molded version will follow shortly.
They are available in the following versions:
- Yellow (λdom = 590 nm): LYE67F.01
- Amber (λdom = 617 nm): LAE67F.01
- Red (λdom = 625 nm): LRE67F.01
- Super red (λdom = 633 nm): LSE67F.01
