"Committed to Excellence": the credo of Rutronik Elektronische Bauelemente GmbH pays off. In the Focus Business Ranking, the distributor once again ranks among the best employers in Germany.

In the survey carried out in cooperation with the career platform kununu.com, more than 900,000 German companies were analyzed and around four million employee ratings were evaluated on kununu. The companies were evaluated according to several criteria: They had to have at least 50 employer ratings, at least five of them on kununu.com since January 2018, and a rating average of at least 3.0 stars. In addition, the companies had to have more than 500 employees and headquarters in Germany.

Rutronik honoured in the trade/consumption category
For each employer, a point value between 100 and 200 was calculated, based on the evaluation average and the number of evaluations on kununu. The companies were then sorted into size categories (according to the number of employees) and compared and evaluated with companies from their respective class. The best 1,000 employers made it into the ranking.

In the trade/consumption category, Rutronik was ranked 38th with a score of 144.1 of 200 possible points, which puts it in 501th place in the overall ranking. "We are proud to have once again been recognized as a top employer", said Dominik Schmidt, Head of HR Development & Recruiting at Rutronik. "This shows that our clear employer branding strategy, which includes our career portal <link www.rutronik-careers.com - external-link-new-window "open internal link">www.rutronik-careers.com</link> as well as the expansion of attractive additional offers and further training opportunities, is bearing fruit. Thomas Rudel, CEO of Rutronik, emphazised: "Especially in times of a shortage of skilled workers, it is important to be perceived by employees as an attractive employer. The positive image that we have acquired through our continuous improvement process is essential for this".
