Happy 50th anniversary to my #RUTRONIKfamily located around the world! This time is an important milestone in our company's history, and I am incredibly grateful to be able to celebrate with all of you. I am proud to work for a company that has endured the test of time yet continues to evolve and change to the demands of our industry.

The North America (NA) team is in the midst of an exciting evolution. Last year we implemented significant changes to our structure and grew our team. Today we continue to strengthen as an organization and are focused on 4 key pillars of success that will move our business forward: (1) Outperforming the market by expanding customer and supplier networks; (2) Leading with solutions across our diverse line card; (3) Providing a best-in-class customer experience; and (4) Future-proofing our organization. A heartfelt thanks to the entire NA team and our global supporters (you know who you are!) for your trust in our process. You all play an equally pivotal role in our success story.
