Rutronik is just a name of the company but behind the name there are people, better to say there is a FAMILY. As long as the team perceives to work in a family, everybody is proud of and this is my personal case. When Mr. Rudel asked me to open Rutronik Italy in March 2004, I promised him that I would work for Rutronik for the rest of my professional life. He replied that all the important people at Rutronik people at Rutronik should weigh over 100 kilos. Today I can say that I have successfully achieved both goals.
